Hi there, I’m Dae, a certified Meditation and Life Coach for over five years. In 2000 I fell in love with meditation and how it has transformed my well-being. After many years practicing with wise teachers and mentors, I have made it my mission to help others heal and cultivate their inner calm. Your journey begins from within. Are you ready to join me?

Mindfulness Keynote Speaker

A mindfulness speaker and workshop facilitator based in Atlanta, GA. My workshops and keynotes are engaging and interactive, participants learn about mindful living, stress reduction, emotional intelligence and how to cultivate more resilience, focus and fulfilment.

Presentations can be one hour, two hours, half day, full day or two days. Workshops and keynotes can be tailored to suit your organisation’s specific needs.

Life Coaching Session

We help you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results

Coaching encourages and counsels clients on a range of professional and personal issues. Helping you to grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying limited beliefs, and other potential challenges and obstacles you face. Then devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.

Mindfulness Workshop

Tailored to Your Needs

Our workplace workshops bring together a blend of mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills as well as a little ‘time out’ so that you and your team will leave feeling inspired, relaxed and armed with powerful new insights to take back into daily life in the workplace.

The mindfulness in the workplace workshop is available as an In-house program of either 1 or 2 days and also in the form of a retreat offsite. It can also be customised to specific needs of your workplace as needed.
